9 am-Noon 3 CEUs Facilitated by Keith Faison In this live, interactive training, participants will discuss challenges within the workplace that involve ethical questioning. Ethical decision-making requires careful deliberation; assessment of multiple variables; self-regulation; choosing an ethical response; taking action; and evaluating the outcome. Keith Faison CRAADC, LAC, SATOP has provided counseling and education services in Kansas City for over 30 years. Keith is a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional, Kansas Licensed Addiction Counselor Professional, and SATOP Certified. He has extensive experience working with D.O.C., DWI and domestic violence offenders, medical assistance treatment and individuals seeking recovery from addiction.
