Grant Writer
This position will act as the project manager for First Call’s grant program. Duties include identifying potential funding sources, researching grant opportunities, writing and submitting grant proposals, supporting post award management (tracking project progress and reporting.) This position will be responsible for roughly 70 – 90 written proposals annually.

Assessment Counselor
This is a clinical position responsible for providing biopsychosocial assessments for individuals seeking recommendations and referral to appropriate level of care for substance use services. Utilizing evidence-based tools (ASI, SASSI, SOCRATES, MMS, etc.), this position provides recommendations for level of care and helps coordinate initial wrap-around services to ensure individuals receive person-centered, holistic support for substance use, mental health, employment, and various other needs that serve as barriers to recovery and sustained motivation for change. This position does not maintain an ongoing client caseload. This position provides assessments at First Call offices, in the community, and virtually, adhering to documentation requirements per agency guidelines.

Front Desk Associate
Provide administrative support to the First Call staff daily, and serve as the primary point of contact for those engaging with First Call. Responsible for providing person-centered, empathetic care to persons seeking help.
