Someone will answer your call 24/7.
Wellness Check
You will receive a brief “wellness” check in by the First Call Crisis Counselor on the other end of the phone.
Demographic Information
You will be asked your demographic information. (We need this for grant reporting purposes. Rest assured, your information is kept confidential.)
Compassion and Care
A compassionate listener on the phone will provide you with information and resources you need to attempt to resolve your challenge.
Follow Up Call
You can also expect a follow up phone call to see if the assistance was beneficial to you. We value your feedback.
